An industry expert with more than 30 years of successful experience in electrical supply distribution, Jim Facciolo has the proven ability to know how to meet and exceed the expectations of customers, employees and vendor partners. He began his career with Branch Electric Supply Company as a manager trainee which allowed him to get exposure to all aspects of the business including warehousing, purchasing, credit, finance, counter sales, inside sales and project quotations. Within three years, Jim’s management career took off; he held positions as Branch Manager, DC Metro Area Regional Manager, Vice President of the DC Metro Division and President of the New England Division. After Branch was acquired by Rexel in 2000, Jim continued to manage the DC Metro Area for six more years and decided to leave the company and help start up a new company named Electrical Wholesalers under the USESI umbrella. As the Executive Vice President, Jim was able to open seven locations and a regional distribution center within two years. In 2008, Electrical Wholesalers acquired Maurice Electrical Supply Company and merged the two companies together in 2010 under the Maurice name. As the leader of our organization, he focuses on continuing to build on the strong industry relationships Maurice has enjoyed for over nine decades. Jim understands the importance of hiring, training and developing talented employees, empowering them to make sound business decisions to service our customers and to help Maurice grow profitably. Jim has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Economics from North Carolina State University and completed executive education training at the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University.

Drew Esce is a dynamic and results oriented leader serving as the Executive Vice President for Maurice Electrical Supply. In this role, Drew is instrumental in shaping the company’s strategic direction and driving operational excellence across all business units. Prior to this, Drew served as an electrical distributor executive for over twelve years where he demonstrated exceptional leadership and a deep understanding of the electrical distribution industry. Drew’s career trajectory showcases a rapid ascent and proven ability to excel. He was recognized as one of TED Magazine’s “30 Under 35”, highlighting his early achievements and potential within the industry. This recognition underscores his innovative thinking, industry knowledge, and commitment to professional growth. Drew holds a degree in business administration from St. Michael’s College in Vermont. He is a strong advocate of building strong teams, fostering customer and vendor relationships, and driving innovation. With his strategic vision, deep industry expertise, and commitment to achieving results, Drew is an asset to the leadership team and plays a key role in the continued success and growth of Maurice Electrical Supply.

Keith Langford, Vice President with 30 years of industry experience, specializing in sales leadership, purchasing strategy, and hub-and-spoke operations. Recognized as a proven leader in driving growth, building high-performing teams, and streamlining operational excellence. With a strong track record of opening profitable branches from the ground floor up, he brings a unique blend of operational expertise and sales leadership. Operating in Southern Virginia, he is known as a passionate leader who aligns people, process, and strategy to deliver measurable and sustainable results.

As Director of Operations, McKeldin Smith brings nearly four decades of industry experience to the table, starting right where the action begins, the warehouse, back in 1986. His hands-on career progression through counter sales, inside/outside sales, and Branch Management has equipped him with an unparalleled, 360-degree view of the business. McKeldin is no stranger to our territories, having worked extensively across Baltimore, Washington, and Virginia, and even spearheaded the successful launch of multiple new branches. He embraces the challenge of finding unique and effective ways to serve our customers, actively partnering with vendors to develop tailored solutions. McKeldin's long-term perspective, shaped by watching the industry transform over time, allows him to navigate today's complex market landscape with skill and foresight, ensuring our operations run smoothly and effectively.

Jessica serves as the Regional Credit Manager at Maurice, bringing extensive experience in finance and credit management to the role. A 2004 graduate of Elon University with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Accounting, Jessica has built a strong foundation in financial principles. Her career in Accounts Receivable and Credit began in 2006, gaining diverse experience across various supply companies and a software reseller before joining Maurice in November 2014. Jessica has been an integral part of the Maurice team for over 10 years, initially starting as a Credit Analyst. Her dedication and expertise led to a promotion to Assistant Credit Manager in December 2016, and most recently, she stepped into the Regional Credit Manager position in August 2024. Apart from her college years, Jessica has been a lifelong resident of Maryland. Her deep understating of credit practices and long tenure with the company make her a valuable asset to both Maurice and its customers.

With over 15 years of results-driven marketing, Stacey specializes in developing innovative campaigns that deliver measurable results. She leads the development and implementation of all marketing initatives supporting Maurice's diverse business units. Her experience in marketing strategy, project management, event planning, design and communications help build Maurice's powerful brands and support business growth.

Rosemarie has over 30 years in procurement and supply chain management, driving strategic sourcing and risk mitigation. Her career began by developing an understanding of cost-saving strategies and supplier relationship management. Rosemarie holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Liberty University and a Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) certification. Skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams and aligning procurement initiatives with the business goals of Maurice Electric.

Jordy begain his career in electrical distribution in 2005 in Wilmington, NC gaining hands-on experience in various roles, including warehouse operations, counter sales, and deliveries. His career progressed into inside sales, then to outside sales preparing him for future roles. In 2010, he moved to Los Angeles, CA where he spent eight years with Maurice's sister company, Walters Wholesale. He served as an outside sales person for six years before transitioning into a sales management role for two years. In 2019, Jordy, his wife Sarah, and their son Bron returned to the East coast where he has been overseeing outside sales and project teams in the Maryland, D.C., and Virginia markets. He rejoined the USESI team when he joined Maurice in August 2024. Here he leads the outside sales, switchgear, and lighting projects groups. As a passionate sales professional, he loves to coach and support all aspects of the business. His personal motto is, "Go out every day and do your best to affect the world in a positive way." In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, cooking and attending sporting events. He is also a lifelong fan of the Washington Commanders.

With over 20 years at Maurice Electrical Supply, Jack brings deep expertise and a passion for commercial lighting solutions. As Director of Commercial Lighting, he leads the team in delivering lighting projects for our customers, while working closely with factory representatives. When he’s not working, Jack enjoys hitting the golf course, spending quality time with his family, and taking a moment to look up and appreciate the lighting design in every new space he enters.

With 33 years of comprehensive experiences in the electrical distribution industry, Chuck brings a wealth of knowledge and proven leadership to his role as Switchgear Manager at Maurice. His journey began in 1992 as a truck driver at Pioneer Electric Supply, providing a foundational understanding of the business from the ground up. He quickly progressed through roles in estimating small projects and project management, developing a keen eye for detail and efficient execution. In 2017, Chuck joined Maurice as a Senior Project Manager, further honing his leadership and project oversight skills. Since 2020, he has excelled as Switchgear Manager, overseeing a dedicated team of 10 staff members. Chuck firmly believes that success stems from collaborative teamwork and maintaining continuous, honest communication with customers, vendors, and staff. His technical expertise spans major product lines including Westinghouse, Siemens, GE, ABB, and Eaton. Outside of work, Chuck resides in Anne Arundel County with his wife and three children. He has also dedicated time to his community, coaching baseball from the youth level through high school.

With a dedicated tenure of over 18 years at Maurice Electrical Supply, Ericka is the linchpin that keeps the office running smoothly and efficiently. She wears many hats, expertly managing a wide range of crucial functions that support our entire team. From overseeing day-to-day office operations and ensuring a comfortable and productive work environment to coordinating office equipment and onboarding new hires, Ericka is instrumental in maintaining our organizational effectiveness. Over the past 18 years, Ericka’s commitment and deep understanding of our company have made her an invaluable member of the team. With a keen eye for detail and proactive approach she anticipates needs and implements solutions to ensure seamless operations. Her positive attitude, resourcefulness, and dedication contribute significantly to our collaborative and efficient workplace culture.
